So what brought me to Brooklyn and Nodejitsu? It all started with Github. A little over a year ago I really took the reins on what I was going to make of my education. In my last semester in school, I had discovered node along with its greatest asset, the node community, and I was hooked. Through this experience, Nodejitsu was a huge contributing resource to my learning and success. Between all of the open source projects to learn from and the easy hosting, it was a great way to get right into the node ecosystem. Then I showed up to a meetup where @anoemi was speaking, I met her and @Av1anflu, and decided to take my learning to the next level. I began triaging issues on both pkgcloud and Godot, the projects by Nodejitsu that most sparked my interest. I am now working on our Monitoring solution based on Godot.
